Shipping policy
At Lofty TCG, we operate exclusively on an in-store pickup model. Below we explain how it works:
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Tuesday through Sunday during store hours. Processing time is typically within 2 hours during business hours. Once your order is ready, we'll email you with a "Ready for pickup" notice.
2. In-store Pickup
We do not offer home delivery. You shop online and pick up at our physical store: Plaza Alejandria, Floor 2 Local 7/8, R. de la Plata 203 Tamazunchale, Del Valle, 66220 San Pedro Garza García, N.L., Mexico.
From the "Ready for pickup" notice, you have 14 calendar days to come collect your order. You'll need your order number and a valid official ID (Mexican INE, passport, or driver's license).
3. Orders with Pre-orders
If you place an order that includes pre-order items along with in-stock products, the order will be processed when all items are available. To pick up in-stock products earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.
4. Store Hours
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday and Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
5. Pickup Window Expiration
If 14 calendar days pass from the "Ready for pickup" notice and you do not pick up your order, the order will be automatically cancelled and a 20% administrative fee will apply.
