Refund policy

At Lofty TCG, we strive to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, our return and refund policy is governed by the following conditions:

1. Returns

We do not accept returns on confirmed and shipped orders. This is because the integrity and authenticity of sealed products is fundamental to the TCG collector and player community.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or one that doesn't match your order description, contact us immediately. Send an email to contacto@loftytcg.com with the subject: "Damaged product/wrong order - Order #". Include in the email:

  • A description of the problem.
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging.
  • Your order number.

We will evaluate each case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include product replacement or a partial or full refund as applicable.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations can only be requested before the order has been processed for pickup. To request a cancellation, send us an email to contacto@loftytcg.com with the subject: "ORDER CANCELLATION #...".

Cancellations are subject to a fee of 20% of the total order, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers payment processing costs that are non-refundable to us.
