Where are you located?
We're at Plaza Alejandria, Floor 2 Local 7/8 — R. de la Plata 203 Tamazunchale, Del Valle, 66220 San Pedro Garza García, N.L. View on Google Maps.

What are your hours?
Tuesday and Wednesday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Thursday and Friday 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM. Saturday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Sunday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Closed Mondays.

Do you offer home delivery?
No. We operate in-store pickup only. You shop online and pick up at our physical store within 14 days of receiving the "Ready for pickup" notice.

🛒 About Orders

How does pickup work?
1. Shop online at loftytcg.com.
2. We email you when your order is ready (usually within 2 hours during store hours).
3. Come to the store with your order number and official ID to pick up.

What do I need to bring for pickup?
Your order number (sent by email) and a valid official ID (Mexican INE, passport, or driver's license). If someone is picking up for you, they need written authorization plus a photo of your ID.

What if I can't pick up on time?
You have 14 calendar days from the "Ready for pickup" notice. If you can't make it, contact us. Past that deadline without response, the order is auto-cancelled and a 20% administrative fee applies.

What payment methods do you accept?
Online: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). In-store we also accept cash and terminal (Clip / MercadoPago).

📦 About Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it arrives at our warehouse. You pay today to lock in your unit and pick it up when the shipment arrives. Timing varies by manufacturer, customs, and product line.

When will I know my pre-order has arrived?
We send you an email when your product is available for pickup. From that notice you have 14 days to come collect it.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, but before the product arrives at the warehouse. A 20% administrative fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing commissions.

🎃 About Products

Are your products original?
Yes. We only handle factory-sealed original products and authentic cards, sourced directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors like The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, and Riot Games.

Do you have singles or only sealed product?
We handle both: sealed product (Booster Boxes, Booster Packs, ETBs, Commander Decks, Premium Collections) and single cards (normal bulk, foil and premium foil from Pokémon, MTG, and One Piece).

What language are the cards in?
Most of our products are in English (English Edition), which is the most sought-after language by collectors and has the highest market value.

Do you host tournaments at the store?
Yes! We host regular tournaments and events for Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece and other TCGs at our store. Follow us on social media or stop by the store to find out our weekly schedule and upcoming special events.

Do you offer grading services?
Yes! We submit cards for grading (PSA, BGS, CGC) on behalf of our customers. Stop by the store with your card and we'll advise you on which grading company to choose, estimated cost and turnaround times. We handle the secure consolidated shipping so you don't have to deal with international logistics.

Do you buy cards or collections?
Occasionally yes, depending on the product. Contact us with photos to contacto@loftytcg.com to evaluate your offer.
